Trim Levels (Exterior)
There are four trim levels available for the 2020 Ford Edge: SE, SEL, Titanium, and ST. As you approach your new ST, imagine it in your favorite color. This sporty SUV is available in rapid red, agate black, desert gold, and atlas blue. The active grille shutters help your SUV stay aerodynamic at highway speed, and it has an acoustic-laminate windshield. This special sound-reducing material is also in the driver and passenger side windows. The power heated mirrors include security approach lights and your turn signal indicators. When you make your way around the vehicle, you'll see a body-color rear spoiler that helps keep it aerodynamic. There is also a dual exhaust system with polished stainless steel tips and trapezoidal fascia integrated into it.
Take a look at your brakes and consider adding the ST Performance brake package. It includes 21-inch wheels with painted brake calipers and a brushless radiator cooling fan. There are also performance brake pads and vented brake shields.
Engine (Power)
Take a look under the hood, and you'll find your new 2020 Ford Edge ST uses a 2.7-liter V-6 EcoBoost engine. It's a lightweight block that generates 355 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque. Shift your gears with just a small twist of your wrist using the rotary gear knob. The Edge's engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission to give you a smooth ride regardless of the traffic or road conditions.
Performance
When it comes to performance, your new SUV is ready for anything. The available Intelligent all-wheel drive with all-wheel disconnect system uses sensors to monitor your traction. It helps balance the SUV's torque to maximize traction and reduce wheel slip. Tap the sport mode button, and your ST gives you an extra boost with faster engine response and a shift system that adjusts to road conditions.
Interior
Once you step inside your new five-passenger vehicle, you'll find an interior that includes the ST logo on the bucket seats and leather-wrapped steering wheel. You can also stay on top of the weather with your outside temperature display. This way, you know what to expect when you stop. Load up for your next drive with ease using the hands-free, foot-activated liftgate.
When it comes to technology, there are four 12-volt power outlets and two smart charging USB ports to keep everybody's electronics charged on the road. The vehicle also includes the FordPass Connect System with a built-in 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot so you can stay connected while you're on the road.
