Mamaling Asian Street Food

At Mamaling Asian Street Food, you’ll find traditional Southeast Asian food with their most delicious street food recipes. Try out their small plates with items such as their Szechuan mini tacos, bang bang shrooms, or panko-crusted crab cake. They also have large plates with options such as Cantonese fried rice, pad Thai, Vietnamese pho, and even half of a roasted duck with an orange hoisin glaze, Brussels sprouts, and goji berries. Thai by Thai Restaurant

Thai by Thai is a great Thai restaurant that shows off the best of Asian cuisine. They have delicious appetizers including satay which is cumin-marinated chicken, coconut milk, peanut sauce, and cucumber relish and spring rolls with cabbage, clear noodles, celery, black mushrooms, carrots, and a crunchy rice paper wrap.

Their classics menu is a great place to start if you’re new to Thai cuisine. These classics include traditional items such as their drunken noodles which are flat rice noodles, chili peppers, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and a basil sauce. You can also try out one of their stir-fries like the Pad Pik Pow, Pad Ginger, or Pad Ka-Prow. Find Thai by Thai at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE between 11:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. every day but Sunday.

Ai Japanese Restaurant 

A turn in the other direction, Ai Japanese Restaurant is one of the most delicious Japanese places we have ever stumbled across. Enjoy an authentic traditional dinner with high-quality ingredients, all cooked to perfection. Their entrees include items such as teriyaki chicken, tempura shrimp, or their Katsu pork. They also have their specials such as Salmon Miso-Mayoyaki which is broiled fresh salmon baked with a special Japanese miso-mayo pasta. Even better, all of their entrees are served with miso soup, green salad, and white rice.

Ai Japanese Restaurant is located at 208 St. Joe Plaza Drive from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily except for Sundays.

Kawa Sushi

Our list wouldn’t be complete without a delicious sushi spot. Kawa Sushi specializes in several different kinds of sushi and each of them is delicious. Be sure to check out the spicy tuna sushi pizza, tuna fireball, or the Thai summer roll. They also have fried oysters, fried calamari, beef negimaki, and much more for you to try. You can find them at 1475 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Suite 109. They are open every day but Monday.
