Fresko Authentic Greek Grill

For authentic Greek style food with amazing taste and quick, friendly service, you have to try Fresko Authentic Greek Grill. For appetizers, they offer chargrilled octopus that has been marinated in a wine and herb vinaigrette and grilled to perfection. Be sure to try out their moussaka, which is layers made from potato, eggplant, and ground beef that is topped with a creamy bechamel sauce and freshly grated kefalotyri cheese. We also recommend their gyros with sliced tomato, onion, parsley, and tzatziki sauce grilled in a slice of pita bread.

Greektown Taverna

At Greektown Taverna, you’ll find some of the best authentic Greek food in the area. Try out traditional hot appetizers like tiropita, which is mixed cheeses baked in flaky filo dough, or cold appetizers such as tzatziki which is a combination of yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and lemon. They prepare Greek classics like Dolmades which consists of grape leaves stuffed with ground beef, rice, onion, seasoned with dill and mint, then topped with avgolemono sauce.

Drive just a couple minutes from Palm Coast to 150 N. Nova Road in Ormond Beach. They are open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and they stay open until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Dimitri’s on the Water Greek Restaurant

For waterside views and delicious fare, check out Dimitri’s on the Water. This premiere Greek seafood and steak restaurant is a family-owned establishment that takes pride in their great variety of foods. They have decadent baklava for dessert and a wide variety of food made from the recipes straight from the family’s cookbook. Dimitri’s is located nearby at 690 Dodecanese Blvd. in Tarpon Springs. They are open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. 

Little Greek Fresh Grill

With a menu full of every Greek food you can imagine and the attentive service you expect, stop by the Little Greek Fresh Grill. They serve up falafels, a traditional dish that is deep-fried with a mixture of ground chickpeas and fava beans then served with tzatziki sauce. They also have a delicious Greek Salad and a variety of pita wraps. You also haven’t really lived until you have tried their lamb skewers, chargrilled over rice with the Greek Salad. It’s truly delicious.

Find the Little Greek Fresh Grill at 320 E. Lake Road South in Palm Harbor. They are open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
